Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly (within 1-2 business days). If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please email us at vihaavastra@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Where do you ship from? All of our orders are thoroughly quality-checked, packed, and dispatched from our primary fulfillment facility in Narsingi, Hyderabad.
How much does shipping cost? We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all Pan-India orders, with no minimum purchase required. If you need expedited shipping, extra charges will apply and can be arranged by contacting us after your order is placed.
How long will it take to receive my order? Our team processes and dispatches all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your destination PIN code. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s exact ETA.
What is your return policy? We offer a strict 3-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged/defective upon arrival or if you receive an incorrect item. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, subjective color dislike, or incorrect sizing if the measurements match our size chart.
Is an unboxing video really required? Yes. To protect our customers and our business, an uncut, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and clearly displaying the defect/issue is strictly mandatory. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
Can I return items bought during a sale? No. Products purchased during a clearance sale, festive sale, or marked as “Final Sale” are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I initiate a return? You can request a return directly from the “My Account” section on our website or by emailing us at vihaavastra@gmail.com with your Order ID and mandatory unboxing video.
What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept all major prepaid methods to ensure a secure and contactless transaction. This includes Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Currently, we only accept prepaid orders. We will be introducing Cash on Delivery in the near future. Once active, all COD orders will incur a non-refundable flat handling fee of ₹100. Please note that sale and clearance items will not be eligible for COD.
