At VihaaVastra, we are committed to ensuring that your apparel reaches you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: All orders are carefully quality-checked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the time your order is confirmed.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin & Destinations
Origin: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment facility located in Narsingi, Hyderabad.
Destinations: We proudly offer Pan-India shipping. We deliver to almost all serviceable PIN codes across the country using trusted delivery networks, including India Post and popular private courier services.
3. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with minimum order value of ₹2999. For Orders not meeting the minimum order value, flat rate of ₹99 will be charged for shipping across India.
Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, expedited shipping may be available. Any extra charges for expedited shipping will either be calculated and presented to you at checkout, or communicated to you offline by our team immediately after your order is placed.
4. Delivery Timelines
Because we ship across India, delivery timelines depend entirely on the destination PIN code.
While we dispatch your package within 1-2 business days, transit times vary based on the courier partner and the distance from our Narsingi facility to your address.
Please note that unexpected weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays at the courier’s end may occasionally extend the delivery timeframe.
5. Order Tracking
We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package.
You can also view the real-time status of your shipment by logging into the “My Account” section on our website and navigating to your recent orders.
6. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Current Status: At this time, we only accept prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) to ensure a contactless and secure transaction. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Future COD Availability & Rules: We will be rolling out COD options in the near future. Once active, the following terms will apply:
All COD orders will incur a flat, non-refundable handling fee of ₹100, which will be added to your total at checkout.
Sale Items Excluded: Cash on Delivery will not be available as a payment method for products purchased during a clearance sale, festive sale, or marked as “Final Sale.” These items must be purchased via prepaid methods.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate the issue with our courier partners.
If your package arrives with visible external damage or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier. If you have already accepted it, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy and ensure you record an unboxing video to process your claim.
