We process orders very quickly (within 1-2 business days). If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please email us at vihaavastra@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Our team processes and dispatches all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on your destination PIN code. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s exact ETA.

We offer a strict 3-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged/defective upon arrival or if you receive an incorrect item. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, subjective color dislike, or incorrect sizing if the measurements match our size chart.

 Currently, we only accept prepaid orders. We will be introducing Cash on Delivery in the near future. Once active, all COD orders will incur a non-refundable flat handling fee of ₹100. Please note that sale and clearance items will not be eligible for COD.
